ABOUT THE PROJECT

The First International Project of The Choyxona The Choyxona Sea Breeze is a customized Uzbek cuisine restaurant located on the shores of the Caspian Sea in the resort area of Baku, Azerbaijan. Opened in 2024 in partnership with Emin Agalarov. This is a new-format choyxona where Eastern traditions blend harmoniously with Western trends. It offers authentic Uzbek cuisine — even the carrots and rice are delivered weekly from Uzbekistan to preserve the true flavor. Each dish is prepared individually, tailored to your preferences. The Choyxona features 12 private dining rooms with a total capacity of 200 guests, as well as a beachside summer terrace with 14 lagoons and a bar seating up to 100 guests.
